Exhibition Stand Design for Automechanika

Project Details

We partnered once again with our long-standing client Autotech Group to deliver a striking exhibition stand design for Automechanika 2025 — one of the UK’s largest automotive trade exhibitions, hosted at the NEC Birmingham.

This was our fourth consecutive year supporting Autotech’s presence at the show, and this time we set out to create an immersive exhibition stand that would attract attention, encourage engagement, and make a lasting impression on one of the busiest event floors in the industry.

Creating an immersive exhibition stand that drives engagement and brand impact

Our end-to-end service covered everything from concept creation and 3D visuals to production management and on-site build. The result was a stand that was bold, open, and highly functional — balancing visual impact with practical spaces for meetings, demonstrations, and high footfall interaction.

We ensured no detail was overlooked: screen integration, graphic design, furniture selection, and signage were all carefully considered as part of our brand optimisation design approach. The stand was built to perform throughout the event — polished in appearance, seamless in logistics, and a true representation of Autotech’s professionalism.

Another smooth installation and standout presence that reinforced Autotech’s position as a trusted partner, while once again proving that even after four years of collaboration, we continue to raise the bar in exhibition stand design.
