Exhibition Stand Design at Rail Live 2024

Project Details

For Rail Live 2024, Helly Hansen Workwear needed an exhibition stand design that would make a bold, unmistakable statement.

The theme? Hi-vis safety gear for rail professionals.

Creating a Trade Show Exhibition Stand With Marketing Print Campaign That Stands Out

The objective? Deliver a fully immersive 4D trade show exhibition stand that showcased their latest product range, drove on-site engagement, and connected seamlessly with a wider marketing print campaign.

We managed the complete project — from stand design and installation to print production — with every detail carefully considered. The stand combined striking branded graphics, dynamic product displays, and a curated shopping zone where visitors could experience hi-vis workwear in action. The palette focused on contrast: vibrant orange safety gear set against dramatic, rail-inspired visuals that communicated motion, safety, and professionalism.

Beyond the stand itself, we extended the experience with a fully aligned marketing print campaign. Pre-show promotion, on-site materials, and post-event content all tied back to the same strong visual language, creating a consistent brand journey from start to finish.

The result? A high-impact exhibition stand design that stopped people in their tracks, drew strong footfall, and positioned Helly Hansen Workwear as a leading name in rail safety gear. The products looked so good on display that some visitors even asked if they could take the hi-vis home. (They couldn’t.)
