Helly Hansen’s Immersive Exhibition Stand Design

Project Details

Helly Hansen tasked us with creating an exhibition stand design that would deliver a bold, experience-led presence at the Telegraph Ski & Snowboard Festival. Their brief was clear: strengthen their position as a leading technical ski and outdoor brand, reinforce the “Trusted by Professionals” message, and support sell-through for the winter season. They required two immersive exhibition stand concepts that would capture authentic mountain storytelling, showcase the technology behind the gear, and drive consumer engagement.

Immersive Exhibition Stand – Blending Storytelling and Brand Optimisation Design

The challenge was to create impact, inspire desire, and support retail within a festival environment. We drew on a museum-style brand optimisation design approach, proven successful at ISPO, but adapted it to suit the UK audience. A standout feature was a curated display of Helly Hansen’s professional partnerships with real mountain resorts, complete with patroller gear and alpine visuals — grounding the brand in genuine expertise.

The second stand placed innovation centre stage, spotlighting hero products such as the Straightline Lifa Loft jacket. Through labelled features, tactile engagement, and striking graphics, we made complex technical benefits accessible and aspirational. Alongside the design, we provided full operational support — visual merchandising, stand build, installation, and breakdown — to ensure seamless delivery.
The result? An engaging, high-quality presence that connected Helly Hansen’s premium ski products with real consumer demand. Lifestyle inspiration met professional credibility, with tech demonstrations that quite literally stopped people in their tracks.
