We’ve proudly supported Helly Hansen with exhibition stand design at OTS since 2021, and are currently planning our fifth consecutive stand for 2026.

The brief is simple yet ambitious: deliver a retail-style experience that not only showcases the latest product lines but fully immerses buyers in the spirit of outdoor adventure. Each year, we’ve evolved the immersive exhibition stand concept while staying true to the core principle — a functional, visually rich, high-impact shopping space. Mannequins styled with the newest gear, floor-to-ceiling outdoor imagery, and dynamic video content all work together to bring the Helly Hansen lifestyle to life. Practical design elements such as mirrors, changing rooms, and seating areas ensure that buyers can experience the products as if they were in-store, blending performance and style seamlessly.

This approach is more than presentation — it’s brand optimisation design in action. By refining the flow, improving sightlines, and upgrading technology year after year, we’ve helped Helly Hansen maintain a consistent, powerful brand presence while adapting to an ever-changing product range.

By 2024, the Helly Hansen stand had become so admired and familiar that some exhibitors thought it was permanent. It’s not.
